Marketing Proposal · 2026 Season
Glenwood
Sunday Market
AdMark Digital Solutions · Chicago-based · Est. 2013
Dear Ana,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the Glenwood Sunday Market marketing initiative. As a Chicago-based marketing studio with extensive experience working with community organizations, neighborhood districts, and food-centered initiatives, we are excited about the opportunity to support one of the city's most vibrant farmers' markets.

Our work focuses on helping community institutions and neighborhood districts tell their stories in ways that are authentic, engaging, and sustainable for internal teams to manage. From supporting civic engagement campaigns with SAAPRI to strengthening the digital identity of Devon Avenue's Special Service Area, to developing digital marketing frameworks for brands such as Royal Basmati Rice, Bundoo Khan Chicago, Sabri Nihari, and Patel Brothers, our work consistently centers on community storytelling and meaningful public engagement.

We were particularly drawn to this project because Glenwood Sunday Market represents more than a farmers' market — it serves as an important community gathering space, connecting farmers, neighbors, small businesses, and food access initiatives in Rogers Park. Rather than creating a one-time campaign, our approach focuses on building a structured storytelling framework and reusable creative tools that Glenwood Sunday Market staff and interns can easily implement throughout the season and in future years.

We are excited about this opportunity.

AdMark Digital brings extensive experience working with community organizations, neighborhood districts, and food-focused businesses across Chicago. Our work on community initiatives and multicultural commercial corridors, such as Devon Avenue, has given our team a strong understanding of how neighborhood destinations grow through storytelling, local engagement, and consistent digital communication.

This experience aligns closely with the spirit of Rogers Park — one of Chicago's most diverse and community-driven neighborhoods. Marketing for a farmers' market like Glenwood Sunday Market requires more than promotion; it requires highlighting the people, cultures, and local food systems that bring the market to life each week.

Through our work with food brands, restaurants, and community organizations, we have developed marketing strategies that celebrate ingredients, producers, culinary traditions, and neighborhood experiences. This perspective allows us to approach Glenwood Sunday Market not simply as an event, but as a community gathering place that connects farmers, vendors, and residents.

We are excited about the opportunity to support the Rogers Park Business Alliance in strengthening Glenwood Sunday Market's visibility and community impact through a thoughtful marketing framework that reflects the market's unique role within Rogers Park.
